As I get older, I seem to notice the importance that some before me have placed on the music they grew up with. Be it 80s pop, 70s disco, Rock, Country... It helps spark memories and helps them turn back the clock to a simpler time & day. For me, that's the music that played on my old stereo as I played Final Fantasy and was tired of the game music. I'd put on ole B93.1 FM (now 92.9) and just let the "radio friendly" rock play for hours.
Sadly, I don't remember much of the names or songs of my childhood like most have. So whenever I remember a song or hear it again, it's almost like finding a lost treasure. So, I figured why not share my treasures with my net buddies. And I am totally ripping off Hulk with this idea, sorta.
So here's my latest treasure:
Sister Hazel's "All For You"

Yes, this vid previously had a thread all it's own (it still does), but it's one of those weird, quirky songs that takes me way back to when I was watching The Den (Irish kids TV) & they would stick on this vid by a wee band from Cork as the names of birthday boys & girls would scroll up the screen.
Given the content regarding "mushrooms" & "the anarchist party" it wasn't really suitable for viewing during a kids show, but... meh.
