Type (Face, Heel, Tweener): Face
Wrestling Style: Comedy of varying types
Affiliation: None
Titles Held:
-Too many too list
Basic Appearance: Very skinny and meek-looking. Bald. Has a black handlebar mustache.
Wrestling Attire: Long burgundy tights with black vertical stripes, black wrestling shoes and black trunks over the tights. Wears a black stovepipe hat and black bath robe as entrance attire along with his wrestling garb.
Bio: Years ago, Archibald Barnes was a legend. He was an aggressive and fearless wrestler with a tough attitude and a style that was the envy of nearly everyone else that he encountered. He built a lifestyle around wrestling, but age caught up to him and he had to retire before the vast majority of current wrestlers were born. Barnes eventually became disillusioned with life in an old folks’ home over the years and against the wishes of his family, friends and physicians, has returned to the ring. Whether or not he actually remembers how to properly wrestle is hardly his concern…just whether he can show “those crazy whippersnappers” how wrestlers in his day used to do it.
Strengths: Barnes has been probably been around as a wrestler longer than any of his competition has been alive. He’s literally seen everything in the wrestling ring and has a very good grasp of how to reverse moves. Archibald’s surprisingly fast for a man his age…although that may have something to do with the fact that a moderately strong gust of wind could send him sailing through the air.
Weaknesses: He’s extremely old and frail, extremely weak, and has a tendency to fall asleep if he gets worn down. Archibald Barnes also seems to lack total memory of how to do moves.
