So far, we have two matches. The Team Ireland/Trauma + Fight match looks like it will be a good one. As for the Handicap Match, I am actually interested in seeing it. I know this whole TNT/Damien/L. Rey/Magnum has gone on too long, but now they have the two heels feuding with each other. I am intrigued. I also want to know if L. Rey will return to extract revenge on TNT. Good money says yes.

Heel vs. Heel matches are usually a mistake, in my view. The crowd hates both sides of the match & it comes off as kind of lame regardless of whether the match is good or not as the crowd boos throughout. See also; Jason Hereford vs. Coltrane vs. Exner vs. Joshua from Parade of Champions & THE MAXX AWESOME (pause) vs. Coltrane from Date With Destiny. Both excellent matches, but they suffered from bad crowd reaction due to the fact that all the men involved were unlikeable bastards. Also... this ain't gonna happen in July is it?

To be fair, Greed, WIG never gave a date or even a name for the next PPV.
And what's wrong with putting off a PPV for a month or two? God knows in this economy situation, one PPV every month is a wallet killer.

Also... this ain't gonna happen in July is it? It does not look like it. So, I changed it to "Official August PPV." Also, having a PPV every two months isn't a bad idea. Like Pope said, it helps the fans save some money. Plus, it allows for more of a build to the show.

We finally got a name! No official date yet, but at least we will not have a repeat of the MAYhem/JUNEhem debacle.

Two more matches have been made for Glory & Misery.
I wonder who will be challenging Vin Beverly for the Blazing Path Title. I also wonder if he will show up before the pay-per-view. He is one of many W*I*G wrestlers who have been noticeably absent lately.

Well so far, with the lack of a few title matches, I can't honestly say this show is lighting my world on fire. But there are certainly some interesting ideas on the table right now. For example, the Team Ireland and Trauma + Fright cage bout should be a good one and I'm also interested to see how Talia Bell can do against another woman. She had a pretty good showing a few months back in that ten woman war, but I bet she could do even better in a one on one bout. And even though he hasn't been seen in awhile, I am definitely curious to see exactly who challenges Vin Beverly for his belt. I've heard a few rumors on that last one, but nothing concrete.

Well, it looks like we have a number of new matches on the table now. The world title match could be hit or miss, depending on who Synthy is facing, but I have a feeling she'll do just fine with her opponent. As for the Blazing Path gauntlet type thing, it's an interesting idea I suppose and considering the announced line up so far, along with six unnamed participants, we should be in for quite a spectacle. And lastly we have the tag titles vs career match with Highland Diamonds and Raft Shack. These guys have had awesome encounters each time they've stepped into the ring with one another and it'll be interesting to see how the third time results. Hopefully though the Raftshackians will pick up the victory, because it'd be a shame to see them leave W*I*G*. I guess we'll have to see how it goes.

A W*I*G Championship match has been added to the card.
And, it looks like August 30th will be the date of the pay-per-view.

Okay, Glory and Misery is shaping up to be a great pay-per-view. It better air on August 30th. If I tune in that Sunday and discover that I have to wait, then W*I*G is definitely getting an angry e-mail from me.
